In September 2024, Jennifer Thomas and Patrick Mason, hosts of the Proclaim Peace podcast, invited Thomas McConkie to discuss the urgent need for healing and peacemaking within ourselves.

Jennifer Walker Thomas: I would love to hear from you about this idea of inner peace. What does it look like, and how do we cultivate it, especially when pieces of ourselves are in tension? And I ask this question with deep personal pleading because I have a whole cacophony of monkeys that live inside my brain that are always chattering, and one of my great challenges in life is finding a way to be able to be still and be at peace.
