The steamship dies just short of Paradise
where fog erases shores left far behind.
Heeding the siren’s call comes at a price:

the gentle ripping, tearing of the mind.
While floating there beneath the burning moon,
the fog erases shores we left behind,

where ancient children danced and sang a tune
to cosmic melodies we couldn’t hear.
While sailing east…
